Counting Down the Days
We set up our Christmas tree yesterday, to Thomas' delight. (He's been hounding us to set it up for about a month, now... because Santa will come if the tree is set up, see?)
This morning he got up and came into our bed, snuggling up. "Hey," he whispered. "Hey. Santa came!"
Nope. Sorry, buddy. Christmas is still 18 days away.
Some other important numbers are: 10 more days of school before Christmas break. 2 more weekends before Christmas to pack in all the holiday festivities. And as of 9:15 this morning, 11 more hours to bedtime.
